Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Administration Department.

Duties:

• Answering and direct all incoming calls. Ensuring correct detailed messages are passed on.
• Greet all visitors to the business ensuring their point of contact is notified on their arrival.
• General Office Administration
• Booking Solar Installations/Callouts/servicing
• Maintain and manage customer files
• Organise meeting room bookings
• Manage and control stationary & housekeeping stocks

Requirements:

• Experience an advantage but not essential
• Self – motivated
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent computer skills
