Introduction
Marine Institute are the State agency responsible for marine research, technology development and innovation in Ireland. They carry out environmental, fisheries, and aquaculture surveys and monitoring programmes to meet Ireland’s national and international legal requirements. They provide scientific and technical advice to Government to help inform policy and to support the sustainable development of Ireland’s marine resource.
About the Project
The Marine Institute, located on the stunning coastline of Galway, sought a renewable energy solution to support their mission of sustainability and environmental stewardship. We delivered a bespoke 325kWp solar PV system, designed to harness clean energy efficiently in their coastal setting. The installation features 783 panels, renowned for their high performance and reliability, to maximize energy conversion and system efficiency.
