Reassured by their presence and the fact that they were listed with SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), Richard felt confident in his choice and allowed the company to inspect his home the very next day.

However, after the system was installed, things began to feel off. Despite his initial optimism, Richard noticed no significant drop in his electricity bills, which is one of the key indicators of a successful solar installation. Concerned, he reached out to the company for clarification. His emails and calls went unanswered, and he received no formal documentation about the system or the installation process. What started as excitement over his solar panel installation quickly turned into frustration and uncertainty.
