Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and transactions, ensuring trust and transparency.
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to performance management and employee relations.
  • Support the Chief People Officer and People Partners in organising events and providing administrative assistance to the leadership team.
  • Act as a "super user" for our HRIS platform, efficiently managing employee queries and requests.
  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Management and administration of statutory leave benefits, company health insurance, pension schemes, tax efficient benefit schemes, professional memberships, etc.
  • Coordinating activities related to company wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a HR / Recruitment coordinator / administration role.

· Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Experience using HR IT systems.

· Previous payroll administration experience desirable.

· Thorough with a keen eye for detail.

· Highly motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing company.

· Demonstrated experience supporting senior stakeholders in a complex corporate environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
