€8,000 Referral Promotion Terms & Conditions
- Offer available to customers who refer up to six individuals who complete a solar installation with Activ8 Energies.
- Maximum cumulative referral reward is €8,000 off the price of their Activ8 solar system.
- Referrals must be new customers and not previously in contact with Activ8 Energies.
- Referee installations must be fully completed and paid before any reward is issued.
- Friends or family members of Activ8 Energies employees or contractors are not eligible to participate.
- Activ8 Energies reserves the right to verify all referrals and deny rewards for ineligible submissions.
- Referral activity must comply with fair usage principles. Each customer may count a maximum of two installations completed on properties registered in their own name towards the six qualifying referrals. The remaining referrals must be for separate new customers.
- Activ8 reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of gaming the system, using paid advertising, mass marketing, or acting in bad faith.
- Offer may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Winners must agree to take part in reasonable publicity (photos, videos, name/county use) for marketing purposes as a condition of entry.
