Who Can Apply

The SEAI One Stop Shop Scheme is available to homeowners who occupy their property as their primary residence and are looking to improve their home's comfort and energy efficiency through insulation upgrades. To be eligible for grant support, your home must have been built and occupied before 2011 and must have a valid MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number), which is the unique number associated with your electricity supply.

All insulation works must be completed by an SEAI-registered contractor or One Stop Shop provider to ensure the installation meets the required quality standards and complies with all grant conditions.
